Skye is a Property Lawyer - Team Leader with a focus on property law, legal compliance, and operational strategy. With over 13 years of experience across legal practice and retail operations, she excels in multi-jurisdictional conveyancing, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.  Skye holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and is passionate about improving legal processes through training, collaboration, and process enhancement.

Alice is known for her clear communication and ability to simplify complex legal concepts for her clients. She takes a proactive approach to identifying potential issues early, managing timelines effectively to ensure smooth and timely settlements.

She works closely with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and coordination. Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Double Degree) from the University of Queensland, combining strong legal knowledge with practical, solutions-focused thinking.

Georgia is a Property Lawyer with five years of experience in the property law industry, including two years in legal practice. Xavier Robertson is currently completing a Juris Doctor at Monash University and works as a Legal Administrative Assistant at SLK Lawyers. In this role, he supports the legal team with a range of administrative responsibilities, manages reception duties, and liaises directly with clients. Xavier values being part of an inclusive and collaborative workplace, where he is gaining practical experience and deeper insights into the commercial law industry. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys heading home to South Gippsland to spend time with his family and make the most of the wonderful beaches and camping spots available. He also loves playing football on weekends and travelling with friends.

Bowie is a 12-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and the true power behind the throne at SLK Lawyers. Having spent most of his distinguished career napping through meetings, Bowie is highly skilled in strategic delegation and selective hearing. Gina Fernandez is a Graduate Lawyer in the Property team at SLK Lawyers. She is involved in a variety of matters, including drafting contracts and legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing client correspondence, and assisting with settlement processes. Gina enjoys gaining hands-on experience across both residential and commercial property transactions.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Prior to joining SLK Lawyers, Gina gained valuable experience in civil litigation and commercial law through her work as a paralegal and internships in both Australia and Malaysia.
